Depression
It was October of 1996 when I first came to Dr. Mancuso. By that time I was suffering from frequent colds, flu, low back pain/hip pain, headaches and depression…even though I had been taking ibuprophin for two years under Dr.’s orders. Finally, stronger medications, Percodan, Prozac, etc.
These days I don’t get colds anymore and flu is virtually a thing of the past. I won’t tell you that I never have an ache or pain or that coping isn’t easier some days than others. What I will say is that on my good days, I’m full of life and on my challenging days I’m clear-headed, medication free and way better able to cope than I was on my best days before. Who wouldn’t be excited about that!
